Tax returns, bookkeeping and payroll, priced for each kind of client you serve
A sole trader, a landlord and a growing limited company search for different things, and each wants to know what it costs before calling. We publish a page for each service, for each client type and area, priced the way you charge, and approved by a certified accountant in your practice.

Accountancy searches name the client and the job
Accountancy websites usually list services once. Buyers search by who they are and what they need done, often with a deadline in mind, and a page per combination is what answers them.
| Page type | Example address | What someone searches |
|---|---|---|
| Return for a client type | /services/self-assessment/landlords | “self assessment accountant for landlords fee” |
| Monthly service | /services/bookkeeping/small-business-brisbane | “bookkeeper small business Brisbane monthly” |
| Annual service | /services/annual-accounts/limited-company | “limited company accounts cost per year” |
| Filing | /services/tax-returns/sole-traders-mombasa | “KRA returns filing service Mombasa” |
| Payroll | /services/payroll/startups-dublin | “payroll services startup Dublin price” |
Priced per return, per month or per year
Accountants charge per return, per month, per hour or per year, and clients compare packages on exactly that. Pages state your fee in your unit, what it includes (filing, a set number of transactions, a year-end meeting) and what to bring, from your website or a fee spreadsheet.
Pages multiply by client type and area: sole traders, landlords, contractors, charities, limited companies, each in the towns you serve. A fee change in your Google Sheet updates every affected page within a day, which matters every tax season.
A certified accountant signs off every page
Tax and financial content is regulated in our playbooks. A certified accountant you nominate (for example CPA(K), ICAN, SAICA, ACCA, ICAEW or CPA) approves sample pages before anything publishes; their name and credential go on every page and in its structured data. Approvals expire after a year by default, in step with yearly changes to tax rules.
- Claims blocked before publishing: “guaranteed refund”, “avoid all tax”, “pay zero tax” and “avoid kra”.
- Pages explain a service and its fee; they do not give tax advice on anyone's affairs.
- Every page cites its sources, and thin or duplicate pages are withheld.
Pitfalls specific to tax pages
- Deadlines and thresholds change by country and year. They only appear on a page when they come from a source you or your reviewer supply, and the page cites it.
- A page for one tax system must not be multiplied into another country's area list.
- Out-of-season pages still earn their place: people search for bookkeeping and payroll all year, not only near filing deadlines.
Measured in new clients
Every page has a call button, WhatsApp or an enquiry form, delivered to your inbox or CRM. The monthly report shows customer contacts by service and client type, and counts new clients your team marks as customers from the enquiry email.
What people ask us
Who approves the pages?
A certified accountant in your practice. They review real sample pages from a link, and their name goes on every page.
Can pages show our fixed-fee packages?
Yes. Each package is priced per return, month or year as you quote it, with what is included.
Will pages state tax deadlines and rates?
Only from a source we can cite and your reviewer approves, and they update when your data does.
We serve clients in more than one country. Can we have pages for both?
Yes, as separate page sets, each with its own currency, rules and reviewer approval.
