Programmatic SEO

Hundreds of factual pages, built from the data you already have

Your customers search for one service, in one place, at one price. Programmatic SEO publishes a page for each of those searches, from a spreadsheet or your existing website, and keeps every page accurate as your facts change. We do the building, checking, hosting and upkeep; you keep the data current.

What programmatic SEO is

A template plus a table of facts. Each row of the table (a service, a service in a town, a pricing plan, a question people ask) becomes one page with its own address, title, answer, table of details and questions. The template decides the layout; the row decides what the page says.

The engine never invents text. If a value a sentence needs is missing from a row, that page is skipped rather than published with a gap. What is in your data is what is on the page.

Where the data comes from

No spreadsheet yet? We build one with you on a 30-minute call, or start from what your website already says. A refresh that comes back with less than half the rows it had (a slow or blocked site, the wrong file) changes nothing until someone has checked why.

The quality check every page passes

Scale is the point and the risk, so nothing publishes on trust. A page is held back, not quietly published, if any of these fail:

  • The data behind it has been verified by a person.
  • It carries real data (a figure, a fact, a table), not words alone.
  • It cites its sources.
  • It does not repeat another page's substance with one word swapped.
  • It does not collide with an address your own website already uses.
  • It contains no phrase your industry forbids, and, where the industry requires it, a named professional has approved it.

What you provide, and what you get

  • You provide: your list of services, areas and prices (or permission to read them from your site), one DNS record for a subdomain such as guides.yourdomain.com, and a contact for enquiries.
  • You get: pages in your brand on that subdomain, linked to each other so related pages pass authority along, with a call, WhatsApp or enquiry button on each.
  • Upkeep: changed prices republish within a day; a service you drop is retired with a 410 status so search engines forget it cleanly instead of finding broken links.
  • Your website, CMS and developer are never touched, and if you leave you take an export of every page.

What it won't do, and how it is measured

It works on the long tail: thousands of specific questions with buying intent, not one head term such as “dentist London”. It does not build backlinks, fix a slow main website or create demand that isn't there. Nobody honest guarantees rankings, and we don't.

Typically pages are live in about a week, indexed within a month, and the first clicks and enquiries show around weeks six to eight. Plans are sized by pages live: Starter up to 100, Growth up to 300, Scale up to 1,000, priced in your currency, with a one-month pilot if you want to test it first.

Questions

What people ask us

Isn't this how spam sites are made?

Spam is thin, copied pages. Ours each carry real data and a cited source, are checked for duplicates, and are held back automatically if they fail. A page that only swaps a town name never publishes.

Why a subdomain and not our main site?

A subdomain of your established domain is crawled within weeks, the credit stays with your domain, and we never need access to your website. It takes one DNS record, and we send you the exact line.

How many pages will we get?

As many as your data honestly supports. We count services × areas × questions before building and leave out combinations where nothing changes from page to page, because those pages do nothing for rankings.

What happens when our prices change?

Change them in your Google Sheet and the affected pages update within a day; changes on your website are picked up within a week, or the same day if you tell us. Only the pages that changed are rebuilt, and their last-updated date changes so search engines see it.

Can we keep our current agency?

Yes. They write your brand pages and blog; we build the factual pages nobody writes by hand, on a subdomain, so nothing they built is touched.
