Your rooms, rates and packages, answered for every season and every kind of guest
Guests search for a kind of stay before a hotel name: a family room in school holidays, a conference package, a honeymoon suite in low season. We publish pages for each room type and package by season and guest type, with your rates, and send people to book with you directly.

The stays people search for
A hotel website shows rooms and a booking widget. Searches are about occasions and timing, and the hotel that has a page for that occasion is the one that gets considered alongside the booking sites.
| Page type | Example address | What someone searches |
|---|---|---|
| Room × guest type | /rooms/family-suite/families | “family room hotel Diani 2 adults 2 kids” |
| Room × season | /rooms/deluxe-double/low-season | “Lake District hotel low season rates” |
| Package | /rooms/half-board-package/couples | “half board weekend for couples Kerry” |
| Conference | /rooms/day-conference-package/corporate | “day conference package per person Naivasha” |
| Occasion | /rooms/honeymoon-suite/honeymoon | “honeymoon suite Queenstown” |
Rates by season, in the unit guests compare
Hotel pages multiply by season and by guest type (families, couples, business travellers, groups), not by suburb. Rates are stated per night, per room, per person or per person sharing, from a rate sheet you keep in a Google Sheet. Change a seasonal rate and the pages update within a day.
Each page states what is included (breakfast, half board, transfers), the dates the season covers, and a button to your own booking page, alongside call and WhatsApp.
Pitfalls specific to hotel pages
- Rates that drift from your booking engine: pages state rates from your sheet, so whoever updates rates updates the sheet too.
- “Best rate guaranteed” is a banned claim in the hotel playbook; pages that contain it are withheld.
- Seasons that end: when a package leaves your sheet, its page is retired with a 410 instead of advertising last year's offer.
- Guests from abroad search in their own language. A translated page set can run as its own site, linked so search engines show each guest their language.
Measured in direct enquiries
The monthly report counts customer contacts (calls, WhatsApp chats and enquiry forms) per room and package page, plus taps through to your booking page, and counts bookings your team marks from enquiry emails. You see which seasons and guest types search brings you directly, without a booking-site commission.
What people ask us
Do you connect to our booking engine?
No. Pages show rates from your sheet and link to your own booking page; the booking itself happens in your system.
Our rates change every season. How do pages keep up?
Rates live in a Google Sheet. Update it and the pages regenerate within a day.
Can we have pages for weddings and conferences too?
Yes. Packages are page types like rooms, priced per person, per day or per event as you quote them.
Will this compete with the booking sites?
It gives you pages for the specific stays people search for, with a direct way to book. We don't promise to outrank anyone.
Can pages be in other languages?
Yes. Each language is its own page set written in that language, linked to the English pages for search engines.
