Every itinerary, destination and season, priced per person on its own page
Travellers search for a destination, a length of trip, a time of year and a budget. We publish a page for each itinerary by destination and season, with days, price per person and what is included, built from your itinerary sheet and kept current as rates change.

Trips are searched by place, length and season
Tour operator sites often show a handful of featured trips. Searches are far more specific, and most are planned months ahead, which gives a page time to be found.
| Page type | Example address | What someone searches |
|---|---|---|
| Tour × destination | /tours/3-day-maasai-mara-safari/maasai-mara | “3 day Maasai Mara safari price” |
| Tour × season | /tours/great-migration-safari/july-october | “migration safari July price per person” |
| Departure city | /tours/diani-beach-package/from-nairobi | “Diani beach package from Nairobi” |
| Short break | /tours/great-ocean-road-day-trip/melbourne | “Great Ocean Road day tour from Melbourne” |
| Group trip | /tours/kilimanjaro-machame-route/group-departures | “Kilimanjaro Machame group departure cost” |
Built from your itineraries, multiplied by destination and season
Tour pages multiply by destination and season; travel agents multiply by destination and departure city. Prices are stated per person, per night, per day, per trip or per pax, with the days, accommodation, park fees and transfers included or excluded, as your sheet says.
High and low season rates change every year. Keep them in a Google Sheet and the pages update within a day, so a traveller never sees last season's price.
Banned claims in travel
Wildlife and visas are where travel marketing over-promises. These phrases are blocked, and a page containing one is withheld:
- Tour operators: “guaranteed sightings”, “guaranteed big five” and “guaranteed migration”.
- Travel agents: “official government”, “government-approved” and “guaranteed visa”.
- Every industry: “guaranteed results”, “100% guaranteed” and “risk-free”.
Pitfalls specific to travel pages
- Discontinued itineraries are retired with a 410, not left advertising trips you no longer run.
- Pages for the same trip in different seasons must differ in data (price, what you see, conditions), or the duplicate check holds them back.
- Travellers increasingly ask AI assistants to plan a trip. Every page has a plain Markdown version and your site publishes an llms.txt index, so assistants can read and cite your itineraries.
Measured in enquiries for real trips
Travel is usually booked after a conversation. Each page has WhatsApp, a call button and an enquiry form, and the monthly report shows customer contacts per itinerary and season, plus bookings your team marks from enquiry emails.
What people ask us
Our prices change every season. Do the pages keep up?
Yes. Update your itinerary in your Google Sheet and the affected pages regenerate within a day.
Can pages show what is and isn't included?
Yes, as columns in your sheet: accommodation, park fees, transfers, meals. Pages show exactly what you list.
We sell trips from several departure cities. Can each have a page?
Yes. Departure city is one of the lists travel pages multiply by.
Can pages be in German, French or Swahili?
Yes, as separate page sets written in each language and linked to the English ones for search engines.
