Search pages for every town in Kenya your business serves

We are a Nairobi team building factual pages for Kenyan businesses: one for each service in each county or town you cover, with the price in shillings, a call and WhatsApp button, and a Swahili version where your customers search in Swahili.

How Kenyans search for a service

Searches in Kenya are specific and practical: the service, the town and, very often, the cost. People type the town they live in (Thika, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Mombasa) rather than the county, and add words like "cost", "price" or "near me". A business that serves ten towns but has one contact page competes for none of those searches.

Kenya has 47 counties, so a page family can be organised by county for wide coverage, then by town where you have a branch, a delivery route or a field team. We only publish a town page when it says something true about that town: where you serve it from, the local price or how to book.

Shillings, M-Pesa and WhatsApp

Prices on your pages are shown in Kenya shillings, written the way your price list writes them (KES 4,200, or a range), and update within a day when you change your Google Sheet. Our own plans are priced in shillings for Kenyan clients.

Most Kenyan customers would rather call or send a WhatsApp message than fill in a form, so every page carries a call button and a WhatsApp link, and both are counted separately in your monthly report as customer contacts.

English and Swahili, without competing copies

A Swahili version is its own site on its own subdomain (for example afya.yourdomain.co.ke), written in Swahili from its own data rather than translated word for word. Each Swahili page is linked to its English twin with hreflang tags, so Google shows each searcher the language they used instead of treating the two as duplicates.

Enquiries and Kenya's Data Protection Act

Form enquiries contain personal data, and in Kenya that falls under the Data Protection Act, 2019, overseen by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC). We keep what we hold to a minimum: enquiries are stored encrypted, delivered to your inbox or CRM within minutes, and deleted from our system after 90 days. Your inbox or CRM remains the record.

Regulated services, such as clinics and pharmacies, also need a named professional to approve the content before any page goes live. Pages without that approval are held back.

Questions

What people ask us

Do you only work with Nairobi businesses?

No. We are based in Nairobi but most of the work is remote: a call, a spreadsheet, one DNS record and a monthly report. Clients anywhere in Kenya work with us the same way.

Can the pages show prices in shillings?

Yes. Prices come from your price list in KES and update within a day when you change them in your Google Sheet. Where you would rather not publish a price, the page says how to get a quote instead.

Do we need a Swahili website?

Not to start. Swahili pages make sense when your customers search in Swahili, which is common for health and everyday services. We add them as a linked twin on their own subdomain when the data is ready.

Will this change our existing website?

No. Pages live on a subdomain such as guides.yourdomain.co.ke. Whoever manages your domain adds one DNS record, and your website, hosting and developer are untouched.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and nobody honest can. We guarantee the work and report the real numbers each month, including calls, WhatsApp chats and enquiries traced to the page that produced them.
