A page for every suburb your Australian business services

Australians search by suburb. We build a factual page for each of your services in each suburb or region you cover, with prices in Australian dollars and, for health and NDIS providers, content approved by a named professional before it goes live.

How Australians search for a local service

The suburb is the unit of local search in Australia: "electrician Parramatta", "physio Fremantle", "NDIS support coordination Joondalup". City names are too broad, and a tradie or clinic that covers thirty suburbs but names none of them misses most of the searches that would bring work. Regional businesses search the same way by town and region.

We use Australian terms and spelling on your pages, and organise them around how you really cover the map: the suburbs each van or branch services, the regions you travel to, and the services you offer in each.

Australian dollars and GST

Prices come from your price list in Australian dollars, shown the way you quote them, including GST where your prices include it, and update within a day when you change your Google Sheet. NDIS pages can draw on the NDIA's published price limits, which change each July. Our own plans are priced in Australian dollars for Australian clients.

Rules for health pages and enquiry data

If you advertise a regulated health service, section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law applies, and Ahpra's advertising guidelines explain it. Advertising includes websites, it must not be false, misleading or deceptive, and testimonials about the service are not allowed. Our generated pages carry no testimonials, state facts with their sources, and must be approved by a named practitioner from your business before they publish.

Enquiries are personal information. The Privacy Act 1988 and its 13 Australian Privacy Principles, overseen by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), apply to organisations with annual turnover above $3 million and, regardless of turnover, to health service providers. Either way, we keep it minimal: enquiries are stored encrypted, delivered within minutes and deleted from our system after 90 days.

Working with a Nairobi team from Australia

Australia's east coast is seven or eight hours ahead of Nairobi, and Perth five, so your afternoon is our morning. That suits the way we work: you change the sheet or approve a review link at the end of your day, and the pages are updated before you start the next. Your IT adds one DNS record and the report arrives on the 3rd of each month. We have no Australian office.

Questions

What people ask us

Are the pages compliant with Ahpra's advertising rules?

They are built to them: no testimonials, no claims that can't be backed by evidence, sources cited. The final judgement belongs to your registered practitioner, who approves the content before any page goes live.

Do you work with NDIS providers?

Yes. NDIS pages explain support items, eligibility and price limits from the NDIA's published sources, and never promise funding or plan outcomes.

How many suburbs can we cover?

As many as you genuinely service. Plans go up to 1,000 pages, and we only publish a suburb page when your data has something to say about that suburb.

Does the Privacy Act apply to a small business?

It depends on your turnover and what you do; health service providers are generally covered regardless of size. Check with your adviser. Either way, we keep enquiry data minimal and delete it after 90 days.

Do we need to touch our website?

No. Pages live on a subdomain such as guides.yourdomain.com.au, added with one DNS record. Your website and developer stay as they are.
