Home care & disability support

Every kind of care you provide, for every need and every area you cover

Families arranging care search for a specific need in a specific place, often under pressure, and want to know what it costs per hour or per night. We publish a page for each service by care need and area, with your rates, approved by a registered nurse or care manager in your organisation.

How families and participants search for care

Care provider websites tend to list services in a paragraph each. The people searching are specific about the need, the place and the pattern of care, and they compare costs.

Page typeExample addressWhat someone searches
Care need × area/services/dementia-care/bromley“dementia home care Bromley”
Overnight care/services/overnight-care/sandton“overnight carer per night Sandton”
Disability support/services/community-access-support/parramatta“NDIS community access support Parramatta”
Nursing at home/services/home-nursing/lavington“home nurse Lavington per day”
Respite/services/respite-care/christchurch“respite care at home Christchurch”

Priced by hour, visit, shift or night

Care is priced per hour, day, night, week, shift or visit, and families compare those figures directly. Pages multiply by area and care need (dementia, post-hospital, palliative, personal care, community access) and state your rates in the unit you use, what a visit includes and how care starts, from your website or a spreadsheet.

Where funding schemes affect what people pay, pages only describe them from information you supply and can source.

A registered nurse or care manager approves every page

Care content affects vulnerable people, so the home care playbook requires review. A registered nurse or care manager you nominate approves sample pages before anything publishes; their name and credential go on each page and into its structured data. Approvals expire after a year by default, so pages are re-checked.

  • Claims blocked before publishing include “24/7 medical care guaranteed”, “cure”, “miracle”, “no side effects”, “100% safe” and “permanent cure”.
  • Pages describe services, rates and how to arrange care. They do not give clinical advice.
  • Every page cites its sources, and thin or duplicate pages are withheld.

Pitfalls specific to care pages

  • Only list areas where you have carers. A page for an area you can't staff brings enquiries you have to turn away.
  • Care needs differ: a dementia care page and a post-hospital page must say different, accurate things, or the duplicate check holds them back.
  • Enquiries often include health details. Form enquiries are stored encrypted, delivered to you, and deleted from our side after 90 days.

Measured in care enquiries

Families often prefer to talk. Every page has a call button and WhatsApp alongside the enquiry form, and the monthly report shows customer contacts per care need and area, plus new clients your team marks from enquiry emails.

Questions

What people ask us

Who reviews the pages?

A registered nurse or care manager in your organisation. Nothing publishes until they approve real sample pages.

Can pages explain funding, like NDIS or council-funded care?

Only from information you supply and we can cite, approved by your reviewer. We don't guess what a scheme covers.

We charge different rates for weekdays, weekends and nights. Can pages show that?

Yes. Rates are columns in your sheet, and pages show each one in the unit you charge.

Is enquiry information secure?

Form enquiries are stored encrypted, delivered to your inbox or CRM, and purged from our systems after 90 days.
