Every check-up, screening and consultation you offer, answered on its own page

Patients search for a specific test at a specific branch and want the price before they call. We publish a page for each service you offer at each location, from your own price list, and nothing goes live until a registered medical practitioner in your practice has approved it and put their name to it.

A clinician in a consulting room

The searches a clinic's website rarely answers

Most clinic websites have one Services page listing departments. The people who are about to book type something narrower: a named test, a branch or suburb, and usually the word price or cost. Each of those is a separate question, and a page that answers exactly one of them is the page that gets the click.

Built from your price list, multiplied by branch and area

The raw material is what you already publish or keep: services, what each includes, how long it takes, who it is for and the price per visit, consultation, session, test or package. If your prices are only on your website, we read them from there; if they live in a Google Sheet, change a price and the pages update within a day (an uploaded spreadsheet updates when you upload the new version).

Pages multiply by your branches and the areas each branch serves, so a group with three sites and twenty priced services has a page for each real combination, not a guess. A service you only offer at one branch only gets pages there.

A registered medical practitioner signs off before anything publishes

Clinic pages are health information, so the playbook makes expert review mandatory. A registered medical practitioner you nominate receives a link, reads real sample pages, and approves or asks for changes. Their name and credential go on every page and into its structured data. Approvals lapse after a year by default, so the content is checked again as guidance changes.

We write facts, not advice: what the service is, what is included, the price and how to book. Pages tell people to speak to a clinician about their own situation.

  • Claims the playbook blocks before a page can publish include “cure”, “miracle”, “no side effects”, “100% safe”, “permanent cure”, “best doctor” and “painless”.
  • Every page cites where its information comes from, in a sources block with links.
  • Thin pages, near-duplicates and pages without a source are withheld automatically, never published quietly.

Pitfalls we design around

  • Insurance and scheme questions (“is a diabetes screening covered by SHA”, “does my insurer cover physio”) are searched constantly. We only answer them from data you give us, never by assumption.
  • Branches with different prices for the same test get their own figures; one national price is never copied across.
  • A discontinued service is retired properly with a 410, so search engines drop it instead of sending patients to a dead page.

How you see what it brings in

Every page carries a call button, a WhatsApp link or an enquiry form, set up the way your reception works. On the 3rd of each month your report counts customer contacts (calls, WhatsApp chats and form enquiries) by page, and shows bookings where your team has marked an enquiry as a new patient.

Questions

What people ask us

Who has to approve the pages?

A registered medical practitioner you nominate. They approve sample pages from a link, without a login, and nothing publishes until they do.

Will the pages give medical advice?

No. They state what a service is, what it includes, the price and how to book, and point people to a clinician for advice about their own health.

We have several branches with different prices. Is that a problem?

No, it is what the pages are for. Each branch gets its own prices and its own pages, and a service only appears where you offer it.

Do you need access to our booking system or patient records?

No. We work from your public website or a price spreadsheet, and we never handle patient records. Enquiries from the pages go to the inbox or CRM you choose.

Can you guarantee we rank for “check-up near me”?

No, and nobody honest can. We guarantee the pages, their accuracy and the monthly numbers; specific searches usually move first.
