Enquiries and reporting

Know which pages bring in customers, not just clicks

Traffic is not the point; customers getting in touch is. Every page we build has a way to contact you, every contact is counted, enquiries reach you within minutes, and on the 3rd of each month you get a one-page report that leads with how many customers reached you and how many became bookings.

Every page has a way in

Each page carries a call button, a WhatsApp link, an enquiry form, or a mix. Calls and WhatsApp taps are counted separately, and together with form enquiries they make up the headline of your report: customer contacts.

Form enquiries are sent to your inbox, or pushed into your CRM by webhook, within minutes. If delivery fails it is retried, and we can re-send. Each enquiry is tracked to the page that produced it.

What happens to an enquiry

The confirmation is sent only once your copy has been delivered, and uses fixed wording that never repeats what the visitor typed, so the form can't be used to send spam in your name.

The monthly report

On the 3rd of each month, a one-page report by email: customer contacts (calls, WhatsApp chats and enquiries), bookings where you marked them, how many people saw your pages in Google and how many clicked, the comparison with last month, and which pages did the work. If a month has nothing to report yet, it is held back rather than sent as a page of zeros.

Numbers without Google Analytics

We count visits and button taps on your pages ourselves, with no cookies and no third party, so your first report has real numbers in it even if nothing else is connected. Because the counting runs on your own subdomain, ad blockers don't strip it out the way they often do with Analytics.

If you already use Google Analytics, its figure is shown alongside ours, never added to it, so any gap is visible. The search half (impressions, clicks, the terms people typed) can only come from Google Search Console. Most businesses have never set it up; if you haven't, we set it up for you at no extra cost.

What you provide, and the limits

  • You provide: where enquiries should go, your phone and WhatsApp numbers, who should receive the report, and read access to Search Console (or we create it with you).
  • A counted call is a tap on the call button, not a connected call; we can't see your phone line. Bookings appear in the report only when you mark them with the What happened? link.
  • If you end the engagement, the forms are withdrawn (we stop collecting enquiries for you) while call and WhatsApp buttons keep working.
Questions

What people ask us

What counts as a customer contact?

A tap on a call button, a tap on a WhatsApp link, or a submitted enquiry form on one of your pages. Clicks from Google are reported separately, because a click is not a customer getting in touch.

Can enquiries go straight into our CRM?

Yes. Enquiries can be delivered by email, by webhook into your CRM, or both, and failed deliveries are retried.

How long do you keep enquiries?

Ninety days, stored encrypted, then deleted. Your inbox or CRM is the permanent record.

Do we need Google Analytics?

No. We count visits and contacts on your pages ourselves. You do need Google Search Console for the search figures, and we set it up for you if you haven't.

Why mark what happened to each enquiry?

It takes one tap, and it turns the report from contacts into bookings: the number that tells you whether the pages pay for themselves.
