Pages for every town and borough your UK business covers

We build factual search pages for UK service businesses: one for each service in each town, borough or postcode area you cover, with prices in pounds, a named reviewer where your profession needs one, and a monthly report you can read in two minutes.

How people in the UK search for a local service

UK searches lean on the town, the borough or the postcode district: "boiler repair Croydon", "physio SW11", "emergency dentist Leeds". Cities are too broad to compete for on their own, and "near me" searches reward pages that name the area and say how you reach it.

We use British spelling and the terms your customers use, and we organise page families around how your business is really run: by branch catchment, by the boroughs your engineers cover, or by county for wider rural areas.

What we multiply your pages by

UnitExample searchWhen it earns a page
Servicefixed-fee conveyancingAlways: one page per thing you sell
Town or boroughelectrician IslingtonWhen you cover it and can say how
Postcode districtlocksmith M14When your pricing or response time changes by area
Countyseptic tank emptying NorfolkFor rural coverage across many villages
Price point"from £" and fixed-fee searchesWhen your price list has real tiers

Pounds, VAT and fixed fees

Prices on your pages come straight from your price list in pounds sterling, written the way you quote them, including whether VAT is included, and they update within a day when your Google Sheet changes. Our own plans are priced in pounds for UK clients and tiered by the number of pages you have live.

The rules UK pages have to follow

Since 1 March 2011, the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the CAP Code), administered by the Advertising Standards Authority, has applied to marketing on a business's own website, not just to paid ads. Its starting point is that marketing must be legal, decent, honest and truthful, so our pages state facts from your data and cite their sources rather than making claims nobody can back up.

Form enquiries are personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, which the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) regulates. One of their principles is storage limitation: keep personal data no longer than you need it. We store enquiries encrypted, deliver them to your inbox or CRM within minutes and delete them from our system after 90 days.

Working with a Nairobi team from the UK

Nairobi is three hours ahead of the UK in winter and two hours ahead during British Summer Time, so our working day overlaps most of yours. Nothing needs a meeting after the first 30-minute call: review links arrive by email, the DNS record is one line your IT adds, and the report lands on the 3rd of each month. We have no UK office and don't pretend to.

Questions

What people ask us

Do you have an office in the UK?

No. We are based in Nairobi and work with UK clients remotely. Everything from the first call to the monthly report happens by video call and email.

Are these pages allowed under the CAP Code?

The CAP Code applies to your own website, so the pages are written to it: factual, sourced and free of claims you can't support. If your profession has its own advertising rules, a named professional from your business approves the content first.

Will the pages use British English?

Yes. Spelling, terms and date formats follow UK usage, and prices are shown in pounds as your price list states them.

Who is responsible for the enquiry data?

You remain responsible for your customers' data; we handle the enquiries on your behalf. They are encrypted, sent to your inbox or CRM within minutes and purged from our system after 90 days.

Do we need to change our website?

No. Pages live on a subdomain such as guides.yourdomain.co.uk, added with one DNS record. Your website, CMS and developer stay as they are.
