Why Nairobi needs neighbourhood pages
Nobody in Nairobi wants to cross the city for a dentist, a plumber or a laundry. Traffic makes distance expensive, so people search by the area they live or work in: "physiotherapy Kilimani", "plumber Lavington", "pharmacy open now Westlands". Many searches carry "near me", which Google answers using where the searcher is, and a page that names the area and says how you serve it is what it can match.
Greater Nairobi also spills over county lines. Ruaka and Kiambu Road sit in Kiambu County, Kitengela and Rongai in Kajiado, Syokimau in Machakos, yet their residents think of themselves as searching in Nairobi. Your pages should follow your customers, not the county map.

Prices in shillings, payment the way Nairobi pays
Many Nairobi businesses take payment by M-Pesa, and customers expect to see a price in shillings before they call. Pages show your price list in KES, update within a day when you change it, and carry a call button and a WhatsApp link, which most Nairobi customers prefer to a form.
Calls, WhatsApp chats and form enquiries are counted separately and reported on the 3rd of each month, traced to the page and the area that produced them.
Working with a team in the same city
Being in Nairobi means we know the estates, the spellings people use and which areas really belong together. The work itself still needs very little of your time: a 30-minute call, your price list, one DNS record from whoever manages your domain and, for regulated services, a named professional who approves the content.
Enquiries are stored encrypted, delivered within minutes and deleted from our system after 90 days, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, which the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner oversees.
What people ask us
Can we meet in person?
We are based in Nairobi, so a meeting can be arranged if it helps. Most clients never need one: the call, spreadsheet and reports work just as well remotely.
We have one branch. Can we still have area pages?
Yes, if you serve those areas: home visits, delivery or a call-out service. If customers must come to you, we build pages for the areas close enough to make the trip, and say how to get there.
Do "near me" searches need special pages?
Google answers "near me" using the searcher's location, so there is no page to write for the phrase itself. What helps is a page per area that names it and states how you serve it, which is what we build.
Will the pages show M-Pesa details?
Only if you want them to. Most clients keep payment details for the conversation and let the page carry the price, the call button and the WhatsApp link.
How soon will we see enquiries?
Pages go live in about a week and are usually indexed within a month. Calls and enquiries typically start to show at six to eight weeks; your monthly report shows the curve as it happens.
