Software & SaaS

One page for every job your software does, for every industry that buys it

Software buyers search for a use case in their industry and compare plans before they book a demo. We publish a page for each use case and industry you serve, with your real features and plans priced per user, seat or month, so a buyer finds an answer written for them.

How software is searched before a demo

A SaaS site usually has a features page, a pricing page and a few solution pages. Buyers search far more narrowly: the task, their industry, and often a price or a comparison.

Page typeExample addressWhat someone searches

Industry/solutions/inventory-management/pharmacies“pharmacy inventory software UK”

Built from your product facts

SaaS pages multiply by industry and use case. Each page is built from what your product actually does for that industry: the relevant features, the plan that fits, typical setup and who it suits. Prices are per month, per user, per seat or per year, from your pricing page or a spreadsheet.

When your site lists two or more pricing plans, we also build a plans page family, so “price per user” searches land on a real answer. Comparison pages can be added as an extra page family once the core set is live.

Pitfalls specific to software pages

  • Industry pages that swap one word are exactly the thin content search engines discount. Ours need industry-specific data per page or the duplicate check withholds them.
  • Feature claims go stale fast; pages regenerate from your sheet, so a renamed plan or a new feature reaches every page within a day.
  • “Unlimited users guaranteed” is a banned claim in the software playbook, as are “guaranteed results”, “100% guaranteed” and “risk-free”.
  • Buyers ask AI assistants for tool recommendations. Every page has a Markdown version, structured data and an llms.txt index so assistants can read and cite it.

Measured in demo requests

Each page carries your demo or trial call to action as a form or a link. Form enquiries can be pushed straight into your CRM within minutes, tracked to the page that produced them, and the monthly report shows which industries and use cases produce enquiries, not just traffic.

Questions

What people ask us

We already have solution pages. What is different?

Scale and specificity: a page for each use case in each industry you serve, built from data and kept current, rather than a few hand-written ones.

Can enquiries go straight into our CRM?

Yes. Form enquiries can be delivered to your inbox or pushed to your CRM by webhook, with the page they came from.

Do you need access to our app or codebase?

No. Pages live on a subdomain such as solutions.yourproduct.com, set up with one DNS record.

Can you write comparison pages against competitors?

Comparisons are an optional extra page family, built from facts we can cite. We don't make claims about competitors we can't source.
